The common areas will be mowed this month! The mowing will include trash pickup which we've noticed in the ditch and wood lines. Ditch trash is likely from traffic on Val Del rd, but wood line trash comes from within, please don't be a litter bug!

The deadline for 2026 HOA dues is approaching, please have payment remitted via the website no later than April 1.
